| Exercise for health and fitness with activates such as swimming, aerobics and walking delivered by Muskaan for Muslim women. |
| The aerobics to Bollywood music takes place every Friday in the Bennetts End Community Centre from 9.30 to 10.30 am. |

| Each Session costs £3.00 if you wish to join in please telephone Rabina on 077383 60100 or just turn up and start enjoying your self. |
| Swimming classes are at Astley Cooper School Grovehill on Tuesday at 7.00pm to 8.00pm, £5 per session. |

| We also organise a walking group that meet at the Bennetts End Community Centre on a Monday at 9.30 am, these walks are free. |
